I stopped in and they had almost everything I was looking for. It was nice not having to run around to a bunch of other places, and it made the whole trip easy.

I had a question about my order and customer service got back to me the next day. They were actually really nice and got the issue fixed, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end. It did take a little Longer than I was hoping, but overall I’d say it was a good experience.

I figured the refund would take forever, but it hit my account way faster than I expected. No annoying email back-and-forth or waiting around. First impression: really smooth, and I’m happy with how they handled it

I had to swap for a different size and, i was expecting it to be a hassle. But customer service got back to me quickly, and the replacement showed up faster than I thought it would. Kind of rare for an exchange to go that smoothly, but I really didn’t have any issues

I really liked how the clothes looked, super cute and all, but the quality was kind of a letdown. After just a few washes, the fabric started feeling thin, and one of the seams was already coming loose. For the price, I expected them to last longer. Kinda bummed, not gonna lie.

I wasn’t expecting too much, but the fabric is actually really soft and doesn’t feel cheap at all. I got a basic top and wore it pretty much the whole day, and it stayed comfy. It’s lightweight but still feels nice on the skin. i’m kind of impressed… though it’s just a simple top, so I don’t want to sound too dramatic. They’re definitely not super high-end or anything, but the fit was cute and they seem totally fine for everyday wear. Shipping was okay too, not amazing but no real complaints. I’d probably order again, especially if I find something on sale.

I really like Subdued because their designs are cute and simple without feeling too plain, actually, I mean they’re simple in the best way. Nothing feels overdone, and the whole vibe is just really easy to wear.

The staff was nice, I’ll give them that. But being polite doesn’t fix the fact that the overall experience still left me annoyed, and that’s on the place for not having things handled better

The delivery showed up, so I can’t say it was a total disaster. But the whole experience felt kind of careless. The driver left the package in a exposed spot instead of taking a second to place it somewhere safer, which just doesn’t feel right. If someone is trusting you with their order, the least you can do is handle it responsibly. It’s not that hard to be considerate.

The site was easy to use, and I found what I needed without having to dig around forever, which was nice for a change. The filters worked fine, and checkout was simple enough, so no complaints there. A few pages did take their sweet time loading on my phone, because apparently we’re still doing that, but overall it was a good experience.

I ordered a top from subdued and, at least in my case, it actually looked like the photos online. The color, fit, and little details were all pretty much what I expected, which isn’t always a given when shopping online. I’ve only bought this one item so I can’t say if everything is like that, but there were no weird surprises when it arrived and I’m happy with it

I ended up ordering from subdued.com mostly because they actually had my size in stock, which felt like a small miracle. I’d been checking other shops and kept thinking, of course, the one size I need is gone again.

I also liked that the nicer pieces still had real size choices left, not just the random leftovers nobody wants. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and yeah, I’d probably buy from them again
